Essential website cookies
This website uses an essential PHP session cookie, named ISSSESSION, when you open or submit a form. It associates a form with a security token to help prevent forged submissions. It is marked HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. It expires when the browser session ends, subject to your browser’s restore behaviour.
Remembering your choice
The first party ISS_CONSENT cookie stores whether you allow Google reCAPTCHA, the time of your choice and the consent notice version. It is set after you choose and lasts for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. It contains no advertising identifier and is not used to track browsing activity. It uses SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. If your browser blocks this cookie, your selection may apply only to the current page.
Google reCAPTCHA: optional form protection
Google reCAPTCHA stays off until you allow it in the banner, Cookie preferences or a form’s enable button. If allowed, it loads only on contact and data request pages for spam prevention. Google may process IP, device, browser and interaction information, and may set security cookies such as _GRECAPTCHA for risk analysis. We use Google’s recaptcha.net endpoint. Optional tracking
We do not install advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or optional analytics cookies. The site’s fonts, animation library and visual assets are self hosted, so loading them does not require a request to an external font or animation CDN. The form security service described above is the exception to self hosted assets. There are no embedded maps or videos that install third party cookies.
Server logs and other storage
Hosting security logs and the form abuse limiter are server side records rather than browser cookies. See the privacy policy for the data and retention details. This site does not store marketing preferences in local storage.
Your controls
Reject optional keeps Google form protection off. Accept optional enables that named service only. Use Cookie preferences in the footer at any time to review, change or withdraw your choice. Turning off verification reloads open form pages that have active verification so Google is no longer loaded by those pages. Copy unfinished form text first. Withdrawing does not delete cookies already controlled by Google; remove them through your browser settings if you wish. You can also block or remove website cookies in your browser. Blocking the essential session cookie can prevent secure form submission; email or call us instead. If we add another optional service, we will update this notice and request a new choice before enabling it.
