How do we start working together?
We begin with a conversation about your goals, current systems and constraints. We then define scope, the right team, milestones and a clear proposal before work starts.
Can your team work alongside ours?
Yes. A dedicated team can join your planning rhythm and collaboration tools. Roles, availability, reporting and technical ownership are agreed during onboarding.
Do you provide an SLA?
Yes. We agree a service level agreement around the application and support plan. It defines coverage hours, incident priorities, response targets, escalation and any service credits. Targets are contractual and are not the same as resolution guarantees.
Do you build AI agents connected to business systems?
Yes. We develop AI agents and workflow automation that can use approved knowledge and tools, with access controls, evaluation and human escalation designed around the use case.
Who owns the software and source code?
The signed agreement defines intellectual property, source code handover and licensing. Custom deliverables and third party or pre-existing components are identified so ownership is clear before work begins.
How much does a custom software project cost?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, integrations, quality requirements and the team involved. We provide an itemised proposal with currency, taxes where applicable, milestones and payment terms. There is no automatic purchase or charge on this website.
Can you take over or improve an existing application?
Yes. We start with a technical assessment of the codebase, infrastructure, security and delivery process, then agree a practical stabilisation or improvement plan.
Where are you based, and do you work internationally?
We are based in Shmeisani, Amman, Jordan. We can work remotely with organisations elsewhere, with collaboration hours and commercial terms agreed for each engagement.
