What we sell
Integrated Software Solutions provides custom software, mobile and web development, AI and automation, dedicated engineering teams, integration and support services. Work is quoted to an agreed scope. We do not sell physical goods through this website.
Pricing and currency
A proposal or invoice identifies the service, deliverables, amount, currency, tax treatment, milestones and payment due dates. Jordanian dinar (JOD) is used unless another currency is expressly agreed. There are no hidden website checkout fees because this website does not have a live checkout.
Payment process
Submit an enquiry, agree a written scope and receive a formal invoice. Use only the payment instructions on a verified invoice. Currently no card payment is taken on i-ss.net. If provider hosted payment links are introduced, the approved method and provider will be identified before payment. Never submit card details through a contact form, ordinary email or support message.
Order confirmation and receipts
An engagement begins under its accepted commercial terms, including any required initial payment and onboarding information. We confirm the agreed scope and payment received through the project’s business communication channel. Keep the invoice and transaction reference for future enquiries.
Digital fulfilment
Deliverables may include source code repositories, deployed applications, design files, documentation, access credentials shared through an agreed secure method, training or engineering time. The statement of work specifies the delivery channel, milestone dates and acceptance procedure. Physical shipping and shipping charges do not apply.
Timing, dependencies and changes
Delivery estimates depend on the approved scope, feedback, access, third party dependencies and capacity confirmed in the proposal. Changes are assessed and agreed in writing. We communicate blockers and revised milestones through the engagement’s reporting process.
