The company and these terms
This website is operated by Integrated Software Solutions (المتابعة المتكاملة للبرمجيات), Shmeisani, Amman 11194, Jordan. Contact info@i-ss.net or +962 6 222 0 825. These terms apply to use of i-ss.net. Paid services require a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement accepted by authorised representatives. Website content or sending an enquiry does not itself create a paid contract.
Our services
We provide custom software development, web and mobile development, AI agents and automation, dedicated development teams, systems integration and support. Scope, deliverables, staffing, dates, acceptance criteria, dependencies and exclusions are confirmed in the engagement documents. Website descriptions explain our capabilities and are not an unconditional promise of capacity, results or delivery dates.
Proposals, pricing and payment
Each proposal states its validity, price, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any third party charges. Jordanian dinar (JOD) or another expressly agreed currency will be shown before payment. No charge is made through this website. Payment is due only under the accepted agreement or invoice. Card acceptance, if offered later, depends on an active approved provider arrangement. No partnership or merchant approval is represented by these terms.
Delivery, acceptance and changes
Digital work is delivered using the channels and milestones in the agreement. You must provide timely access, accurate information, authorised decisions and feedback. Acceptance is assessed against the agreed criteria. A request changing the scope, timeline or dependencies is documented and approved before additional work or charges are incurred. See payment and delivery.
Intellectual property and licences
The signed agreement defines ownership, transfer conditions, source code delivery and permitted use of custom deliverables. Pre-existing tools, open source components, third party services and provider licences retain their respective rights and terms. Neither party gains ownership of the other’s pre-existing intellectual property merely by working together. Website text, design and brand assets may not be copied or misrepresented without permission.
Confidentiality and data protection
Each party must handle confidential information received for an engagement with reasonable care and use it only for the agreed purpose, subject to lawful disclosure obligations. Access controls, processing responsibilities, subprocessors and any specific security or residency requirements should be set out in the agreement or data processing addendum. Our privacy policy explains website data handling.
Support and service levels
Support coverage, channels, incident severity, response targets, escalation, exclusions and any service credits are defined in the signed SLA. A response is an acknowledgement and start of assessment; it is not a guaranteed fix time. Around the clock cover is available only if expressly included in the agreement. The public support page describes the framework, not a universal contractual entitlement.
AI and third party dependencies
AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and require oversight appropriate to the use case. High impact actions, access rights and escalation must be defined before deployment. Payment providers, app stores, hosting services and external APIs control their own availability, approvals, pricing and policies. We do not guarantee an app store approval, merchant account approval, search ranking or AI recommendation.
Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share. The website forms are for business and data rights requests, not confidential credentials or payment card information.
Cancellation, refunds and disputes
The refund and cancellation policy explains the general approach; the accepted agreement sets the engagement’s detailed rules, subject to mandatory law. Raise concerns promptly with the invoice or project reference and the outcome you seek. We aim to investigate in good faith and propose a practical resolution. This process does not remove statutory rights or payment network dispute rights.
Responsibility and governing law
We exercise reasonable professional care in delivering agreed services. Liability, warranties, remedies and termination for a paid engagement are defined in its agreement, subject to mandatory law. No term excludes liability or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms are governed by the laws of Jordan; disputes fall within the competent courts in Amman unless mandatory law or a signed agreement provides otherwise.
Updates and order of documents
The dated version applies to website use from its effective date. Changes to an existing paid engagement require the agreement’s change process. Where documents conflict, the signed service agreement and statement of work govern the engagement, with mandatory law always taking precedence.
