Who we are and what this policy covers
Integrated Software Solutions (المتابعة المتكاملة للبرمجيات), Shmeisani, Amman 11194, Jordan, is responsible for personal information collected through i-ss.net and our direct business enquiries. Contact info@i-ss.net or +962 6 222 0 825. This policy covers this company website and our business communications. A mobile app or client operated platform must provide its own applicable privacy notice describing its actual data, permissions and service providers; this website policy alone does not describe every application we develop.
Information you provide
When you enquire, we collect your name, email, optional company, selected service and message, and the consent you submit. A deletion request may include an application name and account identifier. If we enter a business relationship, we may also process authorised contact details, contracts, billing details, support conversations and information needed to deliver the agreed service. Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, identification documents or sensitive personal information through the website forms.
Technical information and cookies
Our hosting infrastructure may record IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and security events. Forms use an essential session cookie for security. A first party preference cookie remembers your privacy choice, its time and the notice version for up to 180 days. To limit abuse, the form endpoint stores a keyed, hashed version of the requesting IP for up to 24 hours; the raw IP is not included in enquiry records. This website does not install advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Fonts, animation code and artwork are served from our own domain. Google reCAPTCHA loads only on our enquiry and data request pages after you allow it. See our cookie policy.
Why we process information
We use enquiry data to respond to a request, prepare a proposal, manage a service relationship and provide support. We process security data to protect the website and prevent abuse, and billing information to administer contracts and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing relies on your consent, steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation or another basis permitted by law. Form consent is specific to handling your request; it is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Google reCAPTCHA spam protection
Our enquiry and data request forms can use Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated submissions. It stays off until you allow Google form protection through the cookie controls or the form’s enable button. This service may process your IP address, device and browser information, interaction data and security cookies. Our server sends the verification token to Google; it does not send the contents of your enquiry as part of that verification. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe its processing. You can withdraw permission through Cookie preferences in the footer. You can contact us by email or telephone without enabling Google form protection.
Who can receive information
Access is limited to authorised team members and service providers needed for hosting, email, security, professional advice and contracted delivery. We may disclose information where required by law or to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information. We do not submit website enquiry messages to AI model providers. If a project requires AI services or other subprocessors, data access, providers and responsibilities must be agreed as part of that project.
International processing
Hosting, email or project service providers may process information outside Jordan. Where a transfer occurs, we assess the applicable legal requirements and use safeguards appropriate to the information and service. Contact us for information about the providers and locations relevant to your relationship with us. A project requiring specific data residency must have that requirement documented before access is provided.
Retention and deletion
Website enquiry and request records are retained for up to 12 months after submission, unless they become part of an active contract, an unresolved request or a record we must retain by law. Rate limiting records expire within 24 hours. Contract, financial and dispute records are retained as required for the relevant legal or business purpose. Hosting and email copies follow the provider’s applicable retention and backup lifecycle. We restrict retained records and remove or anonymise them when the purpose ends.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may request access, correction, a copy or portability of your data, deletion or anonymisation, restriction of processing, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Submit a request using our data request page or info@i-ss.net. We may verify identity using proportionate information before acting. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact Jordan’s competent Personal Data Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. Where the GDPR applies to our processing, you may lodge a complaint with your competent EU or EEA supervisory authority.
Security and payments
We use HTTPS, access restrictions and server side validation to protect website submissions. No system can eliminate every risk. This website has no live checkout and does not collect card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. If a payment service is enabled for an engagement, use only the payment method identified on an authentic invoice; payment provider processing is also subject to that provider’s notice.
Children and client controlled systems
This business website is intended for people seeking professional services and is not directed at children. If a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can address it. Where we process data on behalf of a client, that client determines the purposes under the applicable contract. Requests about a client’s system may need to be directed to that client; we will assist within our role.
Policy changes
We update this notice when our practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date appears above. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent website notice or directly where appropriate. Contact info@i-ss.net if you need a previous version or clarification.
